We’re thrilled to announce the completion of one of our latest projects—a solar installation for a brand-new office building in Bedminster. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable energy solutions that not only benefit our clients but also contribute positively to the environment.
You might have seen our previous post about this project –
Solar Sun and Air Ltd @solarsunair successfully secured planning permission to install a 40kWp on roof system on one flat roof & 3 pitched roofs of Monarch House, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 2BX which is a mixed use office & commercial building.
This is estimated to reduce annual energy consumption by approximately 30% in an energy hungry building.
The payback is less than 5 years.By installing the PV system and a LED lighting replacement the EPC rating increased from a low D to a mid C rating.
By installing the system, reducing annual consumption & securing a fixed rate energy deal the building & its owners have future proofed themselves from increased energy prices over the next three years & further. The install compromised of 80 x JA 500w panels & 1 x Solis 40k 5G Inverter with estimated annual generation of c38,000 kWh/Year.
Solar Sun And Air also offers an in house planning service and can cover all aspects of the process from start to finish to take you through your journey and offer a turn key solution.
